Get on Board with Post Prom Action

Save your time and efforts to plan another event and let the Post Prom Committee plan the Post Prom Party for you!

Plans are already in progress for the May 17th Post Prom Party. The event will be held at the Great Neck Recreation Center following the Prom. It is a lock-in from 11:00pm until 5:00am.

The following activities are being planned: racquetball, basketball shoot-out, guitar hero, table tennis, fuse ball, pool, pinball, and video games. In adddition to all of this, there will be a casino room, a movie room, a quiet room and a cafe. We will also have a DJ there playing your favorite tunes all night long. And if there are any bands willing to share their talent please let Jackie Feagin know at jacquelinefeagin@cox.net.

And of course, what would a party be without prizes. This year's grand prize will be a gently used car donated by Priority Toyota.

We are still in need of volunteers for all of our committees. We are also looking for a Virginia Beach Police Officer that would volunteer to work the night of the party. Please contact our volunteer coordinator Diane Gaskin at gaskin4@cox.net if you can help.

Corporate and Private Sponsorship  The Post Prom Party needs your help to be a success. We need corporate and private sponsors for this event. Please see the levels of sponsorship and consider being part of this safe, drug-free, alcohol-free after prom party. From "Platinum" to "Patron" your donation will be well spent. The levels of sponsorship include:

Platinum $2500 We name the event after your company. Advertisement on the front and back covers of the program book. Company name on web site advertisement, name/logo prominently printed on advertisement poster, company banner in foyer/commons of the recreation center, recognition plaque.

Gold $1000 Name a room after your company. Company banner in room, full page advertisement in the program book. Company name printed on advertisement poster, recognition plaque.

Silver $500 Name a competition after your company, half page advertisement in the program book, company name listed on advertisement poster, recognition plaque.

Bronze $250 Quarter page advertisement in program book, company name listed on advertisement poster, recognition plaque.

Patron $25.00+ All patrons will be listed on a special page in the program book.

As parents we feel it is important to offer a safe, supervised place to retreat to after Prom. We would appreciate everyone's support in encouraging our students to attend this school sponsored event. It is sure to be the party of the year!
