The faculty and staff of Catholic High School play a critical role in encouraging our students' academic success, nurturing their spiritual growth, and celebrating their varied accomplishments. Catholic High School (CHS) is currently seeking a part-time Donor Relations Coordinator to join our Advancement Team. This role is essential in supporting the school’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts and ensuring alignment with the School’s Mission Statement, as well as the philosophy and objectives of Catholic High School and the Diocese of Richmond.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of donor relations and database administration using Raiser’s Edge software while maintaining accurate financial and donor records. Duties include posting and tracking gifts and pledges, preparing donor correspondence, and producing reports for all major giving campaigns. The role also supports fundraising events, including financial tracking, reconciliation, and event-day support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and experience with database management (Raiser’s Edge preferred) are important. A college degree and prior experience in development, fundraising, or administrative support are preferred.

Catholic High School, a college preparatory school in Virginia Beach, Virginia has an immediate opening for a full-time Athletic Facilities and Field Maintenance Specialist. Under the direction of the CHS Athletic Directors, the Athletic Facilities and Field Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks to maintain and develop the school’s athletic fields, stadium grounds and athletic buildings. Experience in landscaping, basic maintenance, and operating lawn machinery is preferred. The Catholic High School Athletic Department is seeking a part time bus driver. Driving hours and schedule vary and are typically in the afternoon/evening hours. Candidates must have a Class B license with Passenger Endorsement, a CDL with an S (school bus) and P (passenger) endorsements.
