Catholic High School seeks a dynamic and forward-thinking Librarian for the 2026-2027 school year. A degree in Library and Information Science or a related field and experience in managing and creating a library program based on national library and technology standards is required. The successful candidate has experience with educational technology, informational literacy, the research process, and digital literacy. The Catholic High School Athletic Department is seeking a part time bus driver. Driving hours and schedule vary and are typically in the afternoon/evening hours. Candidates must have a Class B license with Passenger Endorsement, a CDL with an S (school bus) and P (passenger) endorsements.

Catholic High School, a college preparatory school in Virginia Beach, has an opening for an administrative assistant for the School Counseling Department for the 2026-2027 school year. The qualified candidate will have a college degree, strong organizational skills, a service-oriented approach, great attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school environment, preferably in the School Counseling Department. Catholic High School is currently seeking a part-time (22.5 hours/week) Advancement and Business Assistant.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of donor relations and database administration using Raiser’s Edge software while maintaining accurate financial and donor records. Duties include posting and tracking gifts and pledges, preparing donor correspondence, and producing reports for all major giving campaigns as well as Diocesan Safe Environment compliance support and various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets and experience with database management (Raiser’s Edge preferred) are important.
