Catholic High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia has an opening for a full-time Health and PE Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. CHS is a college-preparatory high school serving the communities of Southeastern Hampton Roads.  A valid Virginia teaching license, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Physical Education or a related field are required. A Master’s degree and experience teaching high school is preferred. Coaching opportunities are also available. A degree in Library and Information Science or a related field and experience in managing and creating a library program based on national library and technology standards is required. The successful candidate has experience with educational technology, informational literacy, the research process, and digital literacy. Catholic High School, a college preparatory high school in Virginia Beach, serving the communities of southeastern Hampton Roads is seeking a full-time History/Social Sciences Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. A bachelor’s degree in American History is required; a master’s degree and valid teaching experience at the high school level are preferred. The successful candidate will teach computer science, cyberliteracy, and math courses and lead STEM programming for our students. A degree in Mathematics is required. Experience teaching high school students and advanced STEM degrees are preferred. The qualified candidate will have a college degree, strong organizational skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a busy school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school environment, preferably in the School Counseling Department. The Catholic High School Athletic Department is seeking a part time bus driver. Driving hours and schedule vary and are typically in the afternoon/evening hours. Candidates must have a Class B license with Passenger Endorsement.
