Continuous Enrollment
Continuous Enrollment is a convenient, time-saving way to ensure your student remains part of the Catholic High School family year after year. CHS typically retains 93% or more of our student body each year. Therefore, to make the lives of our returning families easier, we are implementing a system of Continuous Enrollment that eliminates the need for you to fill out electronic paperwork every year. We will begin the rollout of this process this year with full implementation during the 2026-2027 school year.
What is Continuous Enrollment?
Continuous Enrollment means that once your student is enrolled at Catholic High School, they will be automatically re-enrolled each academic year unless you notify us otherwise. This eliminates the need for annual re-enrollment paperwork and streamlines this important process, saving you time and limiting the number of deadlines.

Re-Enrollment Timeline
Key Dates: 2025-2026
Dec 1: Re Enrollment opens for all current families (returning families will review and sign the Continuous Enrollment Contract)
Jan 31: Continuous Enrollment Contracts are due for all current families. Families will pay a $125 continuous enrollment fee per student at the time of signature.
March: Scholarship and Financial Aid Awards announced to families that met the early verification deadline. Families that met the early verification deadline will have a 7-day period upon receipt to “opt out” or “appeal" at no cost if the allotment does not meet their needs.

Jan 1: Re-enrollment Opt-Out Period begins for all current families
Jan 31: Re-enrollment Opt-Out period ends for all current families.
Feb 1: $125 continuous enrollment fee will be applied per student to the FACTS accounts of all returning families.
