CRU NATION BOOSTER CLUB ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FORM
The CRU Nation Booster Club proudly supports Catholic High School and its students. Our goal is 100% family participation as we continue to strengthen our community and grow together as one CRU NATION. Your annual membership helps promote school spirit, scholarship, and sportsmanship while providing valuable support to the many programs, activities, and organizations that enrich the student experience at CHS. Membership support also helps fund special traditions and events throughout the year, including holiday treats and other activities that celebrate and encourage our students, faculty, and staff.

By joining, you help provide resources that enhance opportunities for students, support school traditions, and strengthen the sense of community that makes Catholic High School special. Together, we can ensure that all students benefit from a vibrant and supportive school environment.
✓Annual Membership - $65.00
Includes a CRU Nation t-shirt and 5 Parent Service Hours, while helping support the programs, traditions, and activities that make Catholic High School a special place for our students.
