Father Anthony Mpungu is originally from Uganda from the Archdiocese of Kampala. He joined the Diocese of Richmond in December of 2011, and has served as pastor of the Catholic Church of Saint Mark since August of 2015. Father Anthony has been celebrating Mass and the Sacrament of Confession with the CHS community for several years prior to his appointment as Chaplain in 2019.

Ms. Caroline Dwyer received her B.A. in Religious Studies with a minor in Communication and Music from Randolph- Macon College in 2021 where she was a member of the Pre-Ministerial Student Group.  Prior to Catholic High, she worked as the Youth Minister at Saint Matthew Catholic Church. She has a passion for working with students and guiding them on their faith journey.  

Assistant Campus Minister

Mr. Kelkis earned his BA in Philosophy from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH and his MA in Theology from Holy Apostles College and Seminary in Cromwell, CT. Before arriving at Catholic High School, Mr. Kelkis taught Sacred Scripture and Catholic Moral Teaching at Delone Catholic High School in McSherrystown, PA. Mr. Kelkis joined the CHS faculty in 2017.
