Liturgy and Prayer

The Eucharist is at the literal center of our school - the Blessed Sacrament is reserved in teh Fraim Family Chapel, where students, faculty, and staff pray daily in the presence of the Lord. The door is always open for personal devotion.

The most important hour of our week at CHS is our school-wide celebration of Holy Mass on Wednesdays and Holy Days. Our liturgies are facilitated by student and faculty Lectors, Sacristans, Servers, Ushers, Sound Crew, Music Ministers, and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. We also celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation twice yearly, during the seasons of Advent and Lent, and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at our Retreats and frequently throughout the year in the Chapel.

Our school day begins and ends in prayer, with reflections written and read by student ministers. All major events, celebrations, trips, games, and competitions are punctuated with prayer, as our students communally and individually walk alongside their Lord in all areas of their lives.
